The 8th Liborio Mangubat Memorial Lecture was held at SMX convention center on November 30, 2022.
Our honorary speaker for this year’s session was Dr. Ma. Donna D. Santiago who spoke on violence against women. its incidental rise during the pandemic as well as its social and emotional impact.
The main take home message was awareness and how to deal with patients who are in this grave situation. As healers we are there to treat not only the body but the mind as well.
