PAO-PSOPRS has continued to collaborate to bring in remarkable lectures for the Distance Learning Program. After the Lockdown Lecture Series, two foreign speakers have graced our online platform. Dr. Brad Lee talked about something new and very interesting, “Corneal Neurotization, A Surgical Treatment for Neurotrophic Keratopathy”, last May 23, 2020, and Dr. Audrey Looi, shared with us her expertise as she discussed “TEDTalks Thyroid Eye Disease: Composure in Exposure” on June 12, 2020.
On July 30, 2020, our very own, Dr. Victor Lopez reached out to an even larger audience as he lectured on “Pre-tarsal Scar Creation in Asian Eyelid Fold Reconstruction, SLIT EYE: My Way”. The learning continues in spite of this COVID crisis.
