Another proud participation from one of our PSOPRS colleagues, Dr. Mariel Angelou Parulan, adds to the roster of lectures, with her talk entitled “Lumps and Bumps: A conceptual approach to benign eyelid tumors”, at the Eyelid and Oculofacial Symposium in the National Health University System, Singapore last May 10. Keynote speakers in the symposium were the renowned Prof. Yoon Duck-Kim and Prof. Woo Kyun Ln from S. Korea, Prof. Peter Dolman from Canada, Dr. Phil Custer from U.S. and two homegrown speakers Dr David Loh and Prof. Shantha Amrith.
