The result of this study is of interest to PSOPRS members since majority of the members participated in this study.
Lastly, Dr. Patricia Tecson, who is a graduate of the Rizal Medical Center and The Medical City consortium, presented her paper on the Orbicularis Sandwich Composite Graft Technique as an Alternative or Adjunct in the Reconstruction of Full Thickness Eyelid Defects: A Case Series. This technique, although first published and popularized by Paridaens, traces its history back to our very own Dr. Franklin Kleiner who has been using this technique for many years with great success and for larger defects than those published in research papers.
Overall, the Fellow’s Paper Presentation was an informative and enlightening session for all PSOPRS members. The various topics presented allowed for very intelligent and stimulating discussion between the PSOPRS members and the research presenters.
