The symposium started off with a cadaveric dissection course accompanied with a live teaching and hands-on session from invited international faculty. The delegates had an astounding experience being able to try orbital surgery techniques such as various surgical access to the orbit for orbitotomies and orbital decompression and bending and insertion of titanium implants for orbito-facial fractures to name a few. The faculty mentors were very hands-on in guiding the delegates helping them enhance their surgical skills and mastery of orbital anatomy.
