Liborio Mangubat Memorial Lecture was delivered by Dr. Alexander D. Tan, last November 29, 2020, during the live sessions of the PAO Congress. His chosen lecture was about “Malignant Tumors of the Eyelid”. PSOPRS awarded this year’s speaker for the first time with a beautiful plaque to give honor to this distinguished privilege.
