Last November 28, 2022, the society held its business meeting at the Palms Country Club, Alabang where Execom officers Dr. Winky Imperial (treasurer), Dr. Yvette Santiago (secretary) and our president Dr. Charmaine Ang gave their respective reports for the term 2021-2022. One of the more important achievements of this execom was having the society fully registered under the Securities and Exchange Commision (SEC). An election was held live and online simultaneously afterwards for election of the new set of officers for the year 2023-2024.
Right after the business meeting….members were ready to party! PSOPRS celebrated 30 years of achievements, fellowship and fun in a luau-themed gathering. The night was filled with amusing games, prizes, good food and booze. It was truly a refreshing head start to the following busy days of continued learning from the Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology Congress.
